Photographing the meter saves the reading for you — but the provider still wants it in their online account, in their window, with a separate login for every service. FinMan closes that last step: connect the online account once, and the reading you already photographed goes to the provider after a single confirmation.
How it works
- Connect your provider's online account once in the web app
- Photograph the meter in the bot — AI reads and saves the value
- Tap «Submit» — FinMan sends the reading to the online account and confirms it was accepted
One confirmation, then FinMan does the rest
The bot never asks for your account password: credentials are entered once in the web app and stored encrypted, so they never appear in a chat. Once a reading is saved, the bot offers a «Submit» button. One tap sends every meter of that service for the period; FinMan waits for the online account to accept it, re-checks the result and tells you whether it went through. It also refuses to send the same reading twice and warns you when the provider's submission window is not open yet.
Billed amounts without typing
Flat-fee services — garbage collection, building maintenance — have no meter, only a monthly amount in the provider's portal. For connected providers FinMan reads that amount and puts it into your utility bill, so the month's total is complete without retyping. Which provider accounts are connected right now is listed on the meter readings page; new ones are added on request.
